eating before bed

I save some of my calories for around 8 oclock, i have special k cereal at this time, i go to sleep about 2 hours later however i am sedetary from 6 oclock onwards, will eating this at this time make me gain weight or is it bad for me? Opinions

Nope. Don't worry about when you're eating. Do what keeps you satisfied, and eat less calories then your body burns. That will lead to weight loss.0
