I was introduced to this site through a coworker, its very inspiring all the support and similarly minded people. I guess I am really excited about the support people give each other and the multitude of ideas that people share. I need to lose 68lbs to be where I want to be, and am looking to be very foxy by New Years 2011, not sure what weight I want to be but maybe 25lbs down by then and you know feeling foxy. So here we go, the start of day 2 and hopefully the continuation of motivation. Cheers!

  • Good for you! Welcome. Lots of cool people here :) What I do is just set my goal weight loss per week and use the diet log to stay on track. I'm no longer thinking about the big number and I believe that's why I'm staying motivated as well :) Working out will make you feel strong and thinner and more confident. If you keep to your cals and get/stay active the weight loss will follow. ttys :)

    Hi and welcome. I have been on here about a month I think and seem to be getting into the swing of things now! Good luck with your goal. The support and encouragement is really motivating which means you should be able to feel foxy pretty soon :)

    Hi Im back after being away for a few months,had a bulging disc in my back and frankly just couldnt be bothered,so here I go again.My husband has lost a stone and is looking hotter than ever,and I am not and thats not good!I need to drop the usual stone and a half!I cant use the gym or Ill be at square one so I swim for 30 mins each morning and we go for a walk at night.Havnt seen any budge on the scales but Ive noticed clothes and rings beginning to loosen so Im pleased with that!
