Either 1) you're not estimate acting your food right and you're eating more than you think or 2) you're under eating and your body's metabolism is slowered. Are you eating your exercise calories back?

It matters more how much you eat than what you eat. Eat "healthy" (whatever that means to you) 80% of the time. Fit yummy, portion-controlled treats into your calorie goal. Deprivation can lead to bingeing.

If you're gaining, then you're underestimating your food &/or overestimating your burns. Log everything you eat & drink accurately & honestly. Weigh all your food, and measure all your non-zero-calorie drinks. Try eating back half your exercise calories.

    What they said... ^^^

Also, do you do the same exercises every day? If so your body might be adjusting to all that work and taking it as normal. I didn't really believe in that much but my Dr. and a trainer were able to convince me it makes a difference in some people, me for instance. If I don't keep mixing things up it appears that my body thinks 1 hour of cardio a day is just normal and I quit losing weight so I have to mix it up with weights etc.
Be honest with yourself about what you're taking in and burning.
    Good Luck!!!
