Has anyone tried "the drop 10 workout"?

ive seen it all over the internet like crazy lately! i find it very unrealistic to lose 10 pounds in 2 weeks by doing this but i can see 5 pounds? has anyone done this and seen any results?

THE DROP 10 WORKOUT (repeat daily to burn 10 pounds in 2 weeks)
100 Crunches
90 Jumping Jacks
80 Lunges
70 Squats
60 Seconds Running
50 Second Plank
40 Jumping Jacks
30 Squats
20 High Knees
10 Push Ups

    Dropping 10 pounds in any matter of time will have MUCH more to do with your diet than with any kind of workout you try.

    100 crunches - ohh helll no LOL !! - I have seen it too and have it on my desktop saved...never tried it as of yet not sure I ever will. And I agree..unless this is the first exercise you do and the first week of dieting and you have lots to lose..then 10 is steep!
