Please read and assist with breakdown

Thanks so much!! I just bought my body beast and I'm so excited, while waiting for my DVDs I do get the app to get me going without them. So tomorrow us my first day back after a 2 week flu and was reading what he was asking me to do.....but just need some clarification .......

When doing this type of single set you will gradually increase The resistance as you decease thE repetitions. Begin with a challenging weight that allows you to complete in good form. For your second round increase by 5-10 pounds and Complete set in good form. (does this for a couple sets) then says for your drop set go back to starting weight.

Ok so according to this I increase all my sets but my first and last set, so say 4 sets 2 are increased after my first? What's a drop set? Clearly 5 pound increase a couple times is nuts for me so I'll just do 2 .5 instead. If someone can just make sure I'm on the right track. Thanks a bunch!

Ps how any reps? Decreasing??

    You are on the right track. You can also print out the worksheets on beachbody.com. Those should help also. You will do 4 sets of a lot of the exercises. The 4th set is the "drop" set. It's done without resting after the 3 rd set and with reduced weight. So for example, you may start with 8lbs for set one, 10 lbs set 2, 12 lbs set 3, then immediately back to 8lbs for set 4.

    But honestly, you may want to wait till you get the DVDs :-)
