Freshman 15/Just out of shape... are my goals reasonable?

Before you laugh at my stats, I'm a 4'11" girl who weighs 113lbs... :-P. I am in college pursuing a rather difficult major/have a lot of stuff going on, so I'm a bit nervous as to how well I'll keep up with this. At this point, I'm worried about reducing calories too much since I need a lot of energy to do my work. So I'm going to try to put on muscle instead. I'm making all the necessary dietary changes to do so (not huge surplus, increased protein, less carbs). In addition to this, I'm going to lift weights consistently (I'll do more than just the following two).
As of now, my stats are as follows:
Bench: 45lbs (can do 5x5 with 55, but it's still very tough)
Squat: 80lbs
Would it be reasonable to try to get to here by June-ish?
Bench: 70lbs
Squat: 120lbs
Ideally, I'd also drop a dress size, but I'm not going to be *that* picky at this point. As long as I just exercise with some consistency and become stronger, I'm happy.
Wish me luck!!! I'm so worried about whether or not I'll actually stick to my new regimen, but I really do want to make it work! I want to be strong and healthy like others on this forum. :-)
