Do I eat back what I burn? And help needed

Hi I'm back again to try to drop at least 10kgs or up to 15kgs (double for lbs?). I set a goal of 1420 cal per day, with exercise 4 days a week at an hour each day. My problem is I really can't loose weight while feeling starving if I try to reduce my food intake. Any help with this would be really appreciated.
Also can you still loose weight if you eat back what you burn or should you always try to be under your daily cal allowance?

If you have used MFP to calculate your daily calories, you will lose weight while eating back your exercise calories. However, you need to be sure how much calories you are eating (use a food weighing machine) and how much you are burning from workouts (use HRM)0

I usually try to eat back about half my exercise calories.... i know that's not really what MFP recommends, but it seems to work for me.0

Someone on my feed yesterday said her dietician told her not to eat back what she burns, unless she burns over 400 calories she can eat back half of it. If you feel like you're starving at 1400 calories, you might be. Increase your intake a bit and the results might shock you.0

how do you know you are eating back your calories? your diary is BLANK !
if you are full after your meal, you do not have to eat back calories. save it for the weekend when eating out with family or friends.0
