Too much fat and protein?

I have been monitoring my food diary for a few weeks, I'm on 1200 cals a day, and should be having 40g fat a day and 60g protein, but I go over both of these by around 20g daily. I stick to cals and am below on sugar, salt and carbs (only marginally), and the fat is coming from olive oil, avacado, trout, salmon and nuts.
Will this hinder my weight loss? Quite confused as there's so many conflicting opinions on whether you should stay low fat, or higher fat from healthy sources. I'm 219lbs and 5'8, moderately sedentary.

The macros (fat/carbs/protiens) are all Minimums here on MFP.
As for hindering weight loss no the only thing you need to do for weight loss is make sure you are in a calorie deficet.0 -

I go with trying to meet mfp goals as a minimum but also trying to stick to the right ratios for me I like 50/30/200

It looks like your fat is too high. Don't let the lies around here fool you, the FAT WE EAT IS THE FAT WE WEAR ON OUR BODIES. Cut out the olive oil and you will do a lot better.0
