Anyone up for a challenge?!

Well, a mini challenge. I've decided that for just 10 days I'm going to:

1. Eat nothing packaged (I.E all things fresh and healthy -- no peanut butter, no ice cream, no cookies)
2. Eat nothing from outside (I.E No frozen yogurt, no fast food, no coffee)
3. Exercise EVERY day (even if it's something small like a 20m workout at home)
4. NO scale until April 1st.

Three small goals to accomplish every day that will make a HUGE impact. I was wondering if anyone would like to join me to help keep each other accountable. This is great if you've been doing really well this month and want to end strong OR if you've been faltering quite a bit and want to end and start the next month on a good note.

Feel free to alter these guidelines to your own accord, but what matters is to stick to your goal each day and focus on the short term as opposed to the long term.

    Depends, do you buy your alcohol at the bar or have you got a secret distillery in your basement? ;)
