want to make sure my calorie count is right...

Hey, I am twenty three, 168 pounds and trying to lose about 35 pounds. I am a breastfeeding mom (five month old son) and don't have a very active lifestyle. I have my weight loss goal set at 1.5 pounds a week, and I add 350 cals every day for breastfeeding, and I eat back my workout calories too (doing insanity program). So I usually eat between 1750-2000 cals a day. Is this too high or too low, or about right? I have been tracking cals for a week, and my milk supply has gone down, but I still have enough for my baby. Just would like some confirmation/other experiences.

Weight loss takes a whole lot of trial & error to find what works for you. Give it a few weeks, then reevaluate.

With 35lbs to lose the suggested weekly amount is 1lb a week...
If your milk supply is going down that should set off warning bells for you.
But one week is not long enough to really confirm anything...0 -
