Hi, can anyone advise please. I use a static exercise bike at home for days the gym doesn't fit the work rota. The on-board computer thing says I burn 75 calories "cycling" 5km in 10 minutes. The mapmywalk app that syncs with MFP says I burn 154 calories. Which one do I believe.?

What did you enter for the speed? I think that's about 18 mph.

Unless I wear my HR Monitor I account an average of 100 calories per 10 minutes on a stationary bike for myself. This is just from experience and wearing a HMR for months regularly.
Though I never trust anything other than my HRM, since you aren't using one, go by the lower number to be safe in you're eating your calories back. If you're not eating back your calories the difference won't matter.0
