Anyone starting T25 Monday March 24?

I'm starting in the morning. I just turned 50 last Sunday and am usually in pretty good physical condition. I was running 3x per week, Zumba 2x per week, weight training, walking, etc. Over the last several months my workouts, eating habits, etc. have been slacking due to my mother's illness (she passed from pancreatic cancer 2 weeks ago).

I know the first few weeks will be brutal but I'm excited to start taking care of me again. I'm not planning on doing the 5 day fast track but I will be back to tracking my food here and using some of the recipes from the book.

If anyone else is starting, we can check in here every day or so with our progress, challenges, etc.
