I went to Wal-Mart this morning to pick up some things for the week and my husband asked me to buy him Capri Sun. I bought a flavor I know I won't drink so I have no temptation to drink any of them. Also, I was hungry but instead of grabbing chips or candy to snack on for the drive home, I got a banana, Both are things I never would have done 2 weeks ago!
