Need friends to help support me...

I'm 26 have gain about 20- 30 lbs within the past year. I'm 5'1 and my starting weight was 187 and since I've been walking 30 mins a day as well as working out for about 45mins. I can say I'm down 4lbs today it may not be much to you guys but I feel great about it. I was never the type to count calories,however I can honestly see how much of a difference it can make. I just had my second child in August of last year and I can honestly say this is the most I've ever weighed in my life. I have to do better and I pray I can find a good support system on mfp....
