3. Be strong (i.e. bound up steps without getting winded/lift stuff you couldn't before/have more energy)

5. Not have to WORRY about being lazy/indulgent ANYMORE!

    It's amazing how much lifting changes your goals. Before picking up a barbell my goals were all about the scale :/

    1. To learn to eat what I love and to love what I eat. (Yes that is also the title of a book which is on my "want to read" list. I don't want food to have control over me.)

    2. To be healthy physically. My goal is to be able to go across the monkey bars at the school I work at. Right now I can just barely hang on for a few seconds.

    3. To be healthy emotionally.

    4. To like pictures of myself.
