Buckeye Mom 5'7" similar 100lb goal buddy quest

Hi, I'm Jen. HW: 260, CW: 245, GW: 150-160

I'm in search of weight loss buddies with similar goals. I'm a working mom of 2 pre-teens (fun times ahead), looking for shared support, ideas, tips, recipes to make this journey a positive feat! I'm new to this forum and doing my best to be more accountable about logging daily. Additional goals are to feel better and LIVE healthier. My kids and I have joined a 12wk program of fitness/nutrition and we have to set weekly goals. This week I am committing to better food/meal prep. Hope you will join me and can share your tips in this area as well as advice on what is working for you all.

    Welcome! I started my journey at 220lbs and am currently in the 170s and still working to get to my goal weight. Great job on joining a program to help with fitness and nutrition and committing to learning how to meal prep. Meal prepping will really help you save time during the week when things are really busy for you. It's a great way to stay on track and to make sure you keep working towards your goals. Making friends on here is a really great way to keep you motivated and accountable. Also then you are able to see what is working for others and get ideas on new things to try.
