Now i have your attention , is it ok during weight training to stop lifting and go back 40 seconds later? Or does that screw up the exercise?

I mix in a bit of boxing then go back into my weights purely just get pumped for more lifts.

    No. Taking 40 seconds off between sets kills gains, reduces penis size, and sometimes results in instantaneous death. You've been lucky so far but you may wish to stop taking so many risks

    Good thing i invested in that penis pump from Sweden then , new this would happen.
