What does weights per set and reps per set mean

weight=the weight your lifting
reps= amount a repetitions performed
set= a set of repetitions performed before taking a break and preparing for another set
volume= total amount of weight moved when you multiple the weight times the reps
example of volume
10 sets of 10 reps of 100 weight on squats
typically written
10X10X100
10*10*100=10,000
