Since my finals I have soooo slacked off it is NOIT even funny...

diary of my last week (uhg)

Wednesday...after finals we all go out to Margarita's for aps and drinks.
Thursday.....my friend brings in Pizza's and coffee for the class.
Friday.....BBQ ribs on the grill
Saturday.....No cook Friday at my friends house...with wine!
Sunday....OK day
Monday......my friend takes me out to lunch to celebrate....LIFE....UHG
Tuesday....MUCH better Slamon with cous cous and Brocolli....

BUT wow....so I am handing in my No wiegh in pass tomorrow at WW....but I do need a motivator...
Not to mention my friend Steve is doing REALLy bad and I am very sad....wow life can be tough sometimes huh?

    Use your pass, take a deep breath, (now take another one), and start fresh tomorrow. Decide right now when you'll exercise tomorrow and write it in your calendar. Maybe sit down and plan a few healthy meals to make this coming week.

    You just had a really stressful term, which you did very well in, and probably just needed a week to de-compress from it.

    I'm sorry about your friend not doing well, be gentle with yourself, but also tough on yourself. Kick your own butt, and we'll get your back. Schedule yourself some down time. I like to take really long walks when I'm sad. I even have a playlist on my iPod called "pensive walk." Hey, beats eating.:tongue:

    I have no issues with exeercise...I do it daily and double up on some...it is the eating and the wine that kills me.....oh well like I say and some others have said....tomorrow is a new day/week LOL It can be done!

    You will get back on track. I know YOU CAN DO IT!! You have been through a lot and you have a great head on your shoulders. YOU WILL get back on track.
    I will let you in on a little secret....
    My husband was out of town for a week and I ate Ice Cream,:love: candy, ice cream, :blushing: ice cream with toppings:noway: , and more ice cream with more topping.:cry: It was good:happy: . I ate out a lot-it was all good:heart::drinker: :bigsmile: .
    Now I am back in full force.
    We all do it for a day or two or maybe a week, but, we know what we need to do. Just do it...get back on track.
