Currently about to start month 2 if insanity, My fitness has really improved and i cant wait for month 2. I dont really see much body difference but my main aim at the moment is to reduce body fat and improve fitness as i have not done anything for over 10 years.
Anyways im a skinny person by nature so im assuming after insanity im going to luck pretty skinny again once my belly dissappears, so my next aim is is to gain a bit more strength and improve body definition as im quite flat chested etc.
I do not have much time for the gym due to work so looking for another dvd to follow.
Any reccomendations for a dvd that will increase strength and give me a more defined body. I can purchace some dumbells.
After this i hope to start bulking up a bit whilst maintaining fitness etc.
Im a male. 158lbs
