Hello, I would know if anyone knows how to add exercise videos at MFP

    It really depends on which video it is. Which one are you using?

    Under cardiovascular .....general category.....number of minutes.

    General categories could be (there are many more)

    Aerobics ....low impact or high impact

    Circuit training....this is good for DVDs that combine cardio with some strength training

    Strength training....mostly weights or body weight....may have a cardio warm up.
