Calorie increasing?

Options
Say you've been eating below or at your BMR, have lost weight and are now satisfied. Can you increase your caloric intake? or has your body adjusted to this lower calorie style and consuming more would mean some weight gain?

are you still losing weight? If the answer is yes you can increase your calories no probs.
But it might be a good idea to go slowly, add 100-200 calories each week until you think you are at tdee. see if you gain or lose for a couple of week and adjuct accordingly.

I was under-eating for a long time, got to my goal weight. Now I'm slowly increasing calories (100-200) per week. My tdee is 1700.
