Beginner Pilates Recommendations?

Hi, I just had my first NHS physio session for back problems that I've had for over 6 and a half years. I am 1 year post partum and suffered terribly through that (2nd) pregnancy. The physio basically pointed out that I have a very weak core and need to do some serious core work. She suggested pilates. With my schedule I cannot attend classes so can anyone recommend a good beginners pilates channel or you tube vid please?

Blogilates has a beginners calendar, there's a workout for 6 days a week for a whole month. You can do it twice if you feel you need it, or change to the regular calendars after that (they're pretty tough though). She puts out a new workout calendar every month so you never get bored with it :)

I recommend Fine Tune Pilates on YouTube.

Oh, I think I might have heard of blogiaties before...will def check these out.

I need beginners as I need to learn the basics and proper form but I want it to be challenging and not too easy so I get a good workout. I asked the physio how often she would recommend and she said every day! I like the sound of that 6 day workout calendar!

So I just checked out blogiaties and another mfp friend had suggested Cassey Ho on my wall, didn't realise blogiaties was by the same gal!
