I'm trying to start up a 5k running tour of my neighborhood (a funky hipster neighborhood in Charlotte, NC) that has a lot of fun places to talk about and a lot of cool history. I want to charge $20 per person (less than a runner typically pays for a race) and give participants logo'd water bottles and maybe some coupons from around the 'hood.
