Scale not budging, help!

Help! I need feedback to know what I am doing wrong and what I can possibly try to fix it. The scale did move for me for a week now and it's a little disheartening.
I will still push through but I need your help, what am possibly I doing wrong?

probably nothing...weight loss is not linear...
if you go 6-8 weeks without losing weight then get worried.0 -

Yes weight loss is absolutely not linear so don't expect weekly losses. Stick to your plan and you will have some weeks with big losses to keep you encouraged.0

Also - your diary isn't open ... so it's very difficult to offer any advice there without seeing what you are eating.0

I hear you! Been their! Don't be to hard on yourself. like Stef said, weight loss is not linear and lots on things can affect it! Water retention, hormones, fatigue..... Look at the long run!

It's totally normal. I often don't lose for 2-3 weeks... just stick with it and you'll suddenly lose a lot.0
