Endometriosis and exercise?

Hi All - Just wondering if anyone with Endo has experienced pain after exercising? I have not been "officially" diagnosed but all signs point to it (seeing a specialist in a week). I've heard that exercise can help pain/discomfort, but unfortunately I believe the opposite is true for me. The discomfort was more prevalent after jogging on the treadmill this morning...:/

I've heard that maybe yoga and stretching can help...Has this worked for anyone? Also, has anyone found that losing weight/cutting certain things out of your diet helps? I haven't seen too much about this.

My husband and I have just started trying for a baby and the "unknown" factor associated with fertility is just SO scary...
