I AM a Special Snowflake

On Wednesay 03/12/14, I added strength training to my fitness plan (currently walk 3-4miles daily for moderate cardio). I weighed 194.6lbs. Since then, I have done 3x/wk SL5x5, eaten at a 3500cal weekly deficit.

And this morning I weighed 192.

I must be a special snowflake, because, according to some many posters, that doesn't work. But the fasts, pills, fads, do.

I must be SPECIAL!!

eta: Anecdotal, I know. Not science.
