Moving up your calories really works!

I wrote a topic asking others if I should move up my calories to 1500 because I was eating about 1200-1300. I was really scared to eat anything more out of fear of gaining weight. I was stuck in the 150's and couldn't move out of it. So after moving up my calories, I have lost 2 pounds and it feels amazing. Not only have I lost weight, I feel a lot more energized. I was feeling really tired hungry and no energy whatsoever on top of exercising 3-5 times a week. Just wanted to share my experience for those who were considering it. That's not to say fill those calories with junk or anything and it sounds very counterproductive, but it works!
