Hello everyone!

I'm not as out of shape as my user name would leave you to believe, however I would eat carbs by the bucket if I could.

I'm 28 years old living in the bright, big city of New York and always looking to improve the way I live, but struggling to execute. I work out 3 days a week, more if I have the time, and spend 80% of my week wanting to eat healthy and about 20% actually doing it..
see the trend? I MEAN WELL! haha
