How often and when do you take them? How have they affected your workouts and results? Mostly asking for ladies responses, but anyone is welcome to give input. Also any other supplements that you have found to help. I'm not doing lifting right now, currently doing Focus T25 and a little extra cardio. Thanks.

what do you expect it do do for you?
i've read that its used as energy in the first .005 seconds of a muscle contraction or something lol.
I've used it in the past, its tough to say if its helped much. people also say it causes you to retain water, i didn't really notice this but it could be the case.
At best, its going to give you marginally better results. just make sure you've got an inexpensive source0
