here are some pics from My Run this weekend. There were so many people and it was so much fun. A lot of hills but well worth it to cross the finish line without having to stop and walk.

    it is so worth it. the sweater alone is worth the registration fee. they have a kid zone for the little ones. words can't describe. it was like going to disneyland but running.

    that's great. I want to be able to run a 15k sometime. but for now the 5k's will do. gotta start somewhere right?

    I want to do the 15k too. There is no way I could have done it last year but since then I've worked up to 12 miles. Stick with it and you will get there!

    12 miles good job. I just extended my run by .5 miles today so I'm up to 4.5 miles now.
