New here; wanted to say hi!

Hi everyone! I decided that creating an account and actually posting would hold me more accountable regarding my weight loss goal. After deciding that now is not the right time to have another child, I have decided it IS time for me to get my body back after two pregnancies. After my last son, I was 179 after I gave birth. I joined a program call Whole30 and got myself down to 165. I only lasted 3 weeks on the Whole30, but I have managed to keep the weight off and it has been about a year. I am currently at 162 as of yesterday. My goal? Ideally, it would be 130, but I understand at 30, and two kids later, that may not be 100% doable, but it's still my goal. I am started my weight loss journey today. This morning was sadly, my last cup of coffee that I am going to allow myself for a while. My first goal is to be at 140 by my June birthday (my 30th bday) which gives me 11 more weeks. At a healthy weight loss of 2lbs a week, this is completely doable. No more coffee. LOTS more water. An exercise routine 4-5 days a week. Will not strict myself to the Whole30 challange again, but want to stick as close to it as I can.
