I am going to be starting the 30 day shred April 1st. As soon as the weather gets nice i am also going to be going on daily walks\jogs. Any idea with eating better how long it usually takes to loose about 10-15 pounds? My goal is to hopefully be about 10-15 pounds lighter by the 1st of June for my beach vacation! Thank you!

How long it takes depends on how big you are to start and how much of a calorie deficit you have each day--
People with a lot to lose usually lose very quickly at first. People close to their ideal weight lose more slowly.
I'm in the second category, but I've lost 6 lbs in the last month (down to 118.6 today). The only way I can lose this quickly is to restrict sugar and grain products. This keeps my blood sugar from spiking and crashing so I feel pretty good and CAN restrict calories without feeling horrible.0 -
The length of time it takes to lose weight 100% depends on you. There are so many factors that play into it, the basic being calories in vs calories out. To lose one pound you need to be at a deficit of about 3500 calories.
This being said, we all have different make ups of muscle vs fat, hormones, etc. Which means there isn't any scientific recipe for how long it will take.
I would encourage you to adapt a healthier lifestyle and let the weight come off as it may. From experience, I would say don't let the number drive what you're doing. I feel like you'd be more likely to fail as I have in the past.0 -
Because you don't have a ton of weight left to lose, I'd set a goal of losing 1 pound per week. That means you could be close to losing 10 pounds by June 1.0

It will be different for everyone but here is what I accomplished in 8 weeks. According to the scale I lost 7 pounds. According to my body fat test I lost 11 pounds of body fat and gained 4 pounds of lean muscle mass. I went from 25% body fat to 18% body fat. This did not happen easily as I was already below my "goal" weight.0

Thats what Ive been doing. i set my calorie goals to lose 1-2 pounds per week. i am doing Focus T25 and many people lose a tone of weight with it but I followed my own eating plan not theirs and so Ive lost a lot slower. However I am just finishing week 10 and I have lost almost 11 pounds. With that said I would focus more on how you look and feel than on a specific number. you will be less likely to get discouraged that way. Stick with a healthy eating plan, drink lots of water and you should be able to make your goal0

Don't wait for good weather....take your cardio indoors. Walk At Home DVDs let you walk/jog in any weather. You can build up endurance before the weather cooperates.

When you get within 10-15 pounds of goal, you can expect 1- 1/2 pound per week. You'll start out at 1 pound....but it will slow down.0 -
My good friend would love to help you, she is always asking us to help her find people in the same situations!
