I usually eat 1000-3000 calories a day. If I keep this up how much weight will I lose.

I feel for you dearest, I have been there before you - add me if I can inspire you or motivate you! Just make sure you don't eat carbs after 10 am and replace fat with ice cubes!

Wrong. Doesn't matter how clean it is. 3000 calories is 3000 calories. No one can answer this for you dude. 3000 calories for you could be a surplus. The same 3000 could be a deficit for another person. Depend on other factors. You can't be eating between 1000 and 3000 and plan on getting anywhere. That gap is too much. Eat the same amount everyday for a couple of weeks and track what the scale does. When it's going in the direction you want it to go. Stick to those calories until it stops. Then adjust. Hope this helps.

Okay Mr. bossypants. I ate between 1000 and 3000 calories per day and lost 55 pounds. And I washed my food before eating it, so I was eating clean!

OK OK. Before this turns into a fight. My post was in humor, mocking a thread that stated someone wanted to eat between 100-300 cals a day. I simply added a zero.

Ignore this thread and carry on.

Thought your satire was brilliant, and my reply was meant in the same light. (Though what I said was technically accurate, since I lost weight at TDEE - 500 cal--which certainly kept me between 1000 and 3000 calories  )
