lifting weights

I love lifting. There are so many wonderful benefits, including strengthening bones! I wish more women felt comfortable lifting heavy weights. I know there is a bit a stigma surrounding it for some women.

Is there any way that I can figure out how many calories I burned while lifting heavy weights and working my butt off? It seems strange that there isn't an option on the this app to include those calories spent.

    But I personally don't count calories burned during lifting.
