Added calories per day

So...I added in 100 cal extra per day so I lose just under a pound a week...I was hungry and needed a banana lol
Anyone else do this? Don't want to go to half a pound as that would take forever!!
When I work out (3 days a week) I will aim to not eat back all the cals well. I've lost 7 so far in 8 weeks and many inches
I have about 20 more to go!
