Tough Love

Okay, I need some advice and "tough love". So I'll put it out there I'm 24 years old, 192 pounds and 5'9". Before having my daughter a year and a half ago I was 157 pounds and in amazing shape. I didn't count calories, I ran and did Jillian DVDs, and after getting pregnant I lost it all. I eat like crap, have no motivation to work out- I'm exhausted. I've tried every "diet" it seems and I last a week and give up. I know what I got to do but I keep giving up! I know it ends up to calories in versus calories out. I guess any recommendations or advice is welcome to help me get my head out of my *kitten*.
