This is my second day and I feel nervous and yet excited to start my journey. I always have that fear of not succeeding, but I love myfitnesspal so far and it's a great tool to help me through the diet and exercise!

    Welcome! The first 3-4 days are the toughest. That's when you'll probably get cravings but sticks with it. It's so awesome when you finnaly see the pounds melting off of you! Keep it up!

    MFP is a GREAT tool to help on this journey! I love it, because its free and it keeps me accountable! Also the encouragement everyone gives is helpful. I am on my 7th week and have lost 12 lbs. It feels like its been a slow process, but I rather have lost weight than gain it. Good luck, and try to log in everyday to MFP, that makes a huge difference :)
