How often should you measure yourself?

Hi All

I know that weighing myself once a week is a good way to go, but I want to add measurements too. How often should I do them? Once a week? Once a month? I am starting today. I just started dieting/working out all in last week and have lost 3 pounds.

    Never...! I just take photos every other day... those cannot lie! :-)

    I only measure every 4 weeks - gives me a bigger change which helps A LOT when the scale is being crabby :wink:

    If you're working out, I'd say every 2 weeks.
