2 slices 45 calorie sara lee bread
1 slice fat free american cheese
1/4 roma tomato
1 homemade hamburger patty / lean hamburger (home grown)
2 servings of cut green beans

then while putting stuff away I nibbled on crumbs of hamburger

    chicken tenders marinated in lemon pepper marinate
    baked potato with ricotta cheese
    small salad - romaine and broccoli with parm cheese

    my favorite new condiment - spray dressing! it has made me reduce the amount of dressing I use and it is very low cal....

    I have about 700 cals left... I will be having a bowl of granola cereal with a handful of sliced almonds soon.

    yummy, I had 3oz grilled chicken breast, 5 mini potatoes with 2 tsp of becel, and a side salad (2 cups romaine lettuce, 1/4 cup sliced cucumber, 2 tbls chopped green pepper, 1 tbsp sundried tomato oregano salad dressing)

    It was so hard to log today because I didn't measure anything

    For dinner I had 1/2 spaghetti squash.
    With meatless spagheti sauce
    Didn't really have a true lunch but I did eat 2 to 3 tblsp peanut butter and about a 1/2 to 3/4 bag of popcorn.
    Two bites off fiances sausage egg n cheese croissant. And 2 leftover easter lollipops
    Breakfast was about 1/4 spaghetti squash with egg beaters and slice of cheese
    (Trying to write this all to put it into perspective but I still can't really tell how I did). I am not really sure if that is all I ate. Oh well tommorow is a new day

    Oh and I had a sliced cucumber with a little regular ranch and some reduced cal french dressing

    I had a BBQ marinated chicken breast , 60g basmati rice (about 2/3 cup i think?), 1/2 cup peas and 4 tbsp sweet and sour sauce :bigsmile: it was delicious!
