frustrated and annoyed tall ladies help

Ive been at this healthy lifestyle now faithfully since july/august 2013. Faithfully meaning intense working out eating healthy, my food diary is open and accessible to anyone who wish to look. my greatest frustration is that my weight loss is coming of at a snail pace and its very very annoying. honestly last year i was a size 16/17 now im fitting a 10/11 which is great, but i really feel like i should be further with all this exercise and discipline im seeing. im loosing lbs but no inches. im apple shaped which is even more annoying.....i am on day 4 of t25 alpha and doing treadmill inclines daily week 2.......this is me just letting out my frustrations......

I think that us tall people (especially women) hide our inches and weight well. I've had people shocked that I weighed over 200 pounds when I first started. I've only been at this for a little over a month, but I've lost 11 pounds and no inches. I've also had taller friends lose weight but the inches came off later for them as well. My best guess is that if you are like me, you have enough length in your torso that you hide that fat well. I too am apple shaped and absolutely nothing has changed on my belly at all. Just stick with it, maybe mix your routine up a little bit to a higher intensity and see what happens. My weight loss has been fairly consistent around 2 pounds a week, but I know from the past that my body holds onto it for dear life until it has to let something go.0
