Xbox 360: Zumba Fitness

I just finished an hour+ of Zumba Fitness and it says I burned 1016 calories? Could this be true since the xbox does have my weight and age ( 151, 16) or is it just a random number? I did the workout on High intensity so I'm not sure. I'm just gonna go with MFP and log in 600 for now so I don't go over my calories thinking this is true!
