Today I over ate.. Luckily I calculated it all. I literally just increased my calories 4 days ago from 1100 to 1600 to gain weight and also because I started weight training. Today I ate 3,500 that is what I am at after subtracting my TDEE, so I was at 4000something. I am only 4 days into weight training and eating more and I don't know why I did this. It was mostly bad stuff.. chocolate, and cookies. I know I am trying to gain, but I was doing so healthily and then today happened... will this surplus of bad calories make my ab and muscle growth progress delayed? Will I gain bad fat from this?

Nope. Use it. Get in some damn good training sessions. That is what I always did when I had an oopsie. I killed it at the gym the next day and made use of all that extra energy to fuel my muscles.
Also, I find it highly unlikely you will gain on 1600, especially with training. Unless you are a midget, of course, hehe.0 -
Thank you, I think tomorrow I will do my leg day even though it was supposed to be a rest day. And i think I'll make gains because I am recovering from under eating at 1100 plus intense cardio (so unhealthy) for the past 10 months. If not though, I will up it to 2000 : )
