Am I doing to much?

I started P90x last week and I do that in the afternoon. I plan on getting up in the morning and going for a run and i also do a small bit of cardio at night (burpees, jumping lunges, alot of squats) I'm really dead set on getting down to 175. am i doing to much? so should i be doing more?

Depends on your recovery and what your fitness level is. You're the best person to answer that question. If its not all in the same day, i'd say its fine. Just make sure you're not stressing the same muscle group day after day at the same intensity.0
