Am I supposed to increase calories when lifting?

I started Stronglifts today, and I've been eating 1650 calories at TDEE-10%. But that's with my settings at "lightly active." If I do Stronglifts 3x a week and something light on rest days, would that still be considered lightly active or moderately active? Do I need to increase my caloric intake to support my new lifting routine?
Also, what exercises are considered "safe" for rest days?
Thanks for any input!

I more and more become to believe this is really different from person to person. Only you can know, by trial and error, how much will work and won't...Good luck!0

I like running between the 2 heavy lifting days. But my pace sucks, so call me jogger, if you want.0
