Hot Yoga

Hello,
I wanted to get everyone's opinion on hot yoga, did you like it? How often do you eat? How often do you do this work out?

    I really like it, now. First couple of Bikram classes were hard, but I committed myself to twice a week for my first month to really try it out. Now it's part of my regular routine at once a week. The deep warm stretches and addition flexibility and balance have helped all my other exercise and recovery. I usually do it Monday night, a day after my long Sunday rides.
