Diastasis Recti

Does anybody have diastasis recti and is able to share some exercise/tips to correct it? Surgery is not an option for me. Thanks.

I have it still and my youngest child is 14 years old! But I found some very helpful videos regarding exercise techniques on YouTube. If you decide to check them out, type out diastasis recti in the search and they should come up for viewing. I watched them about a year ago.
