My favorite cardio day

Tuesdays are my favorite cardio day...

Starting with a regular early morning elliptical wake and burn for a quick 100 calories.

Fitness Center at work today has a really good Piloxing class (kickboxing / turbo jam). If you've never heard of it, Piloxing is a mix of Zumba, Pilates and Dance set to non-stop fast paced music for 50 minutes. Tonight is one of my favorite dance classes for an hour followed by a really great 20/20/20 class which is another 20 minutes of dance, 20 minutes of cardio kickboxing and 20 minutes of cardio weights.
