Resistance bands

Due to a back injury (surgery later this year hopefully), i've been off weights for a while. I'm thinking of getting some resistance bands to slowly get started again.

Anyone recommend some good routines to use with bands?

    Put them under your feet and bend your elbow, pulling up for biceps. Keep your arm straight and pull in front of you for shoulders. Put them under your butt (or feet) and pull to the side for shoulders. There are a lot of ways to use them - they're just like using a cable machine at a gym. Put it under or around something stable and start pulling. Get creative and do what you can.

    Thx, yeah i reckon most things can be catered for and i like the idea of not having heavy weights to deal with
