Recipes for silken tofu?

I have a couple of silken tofus on the fridge, I was wondering if you guys know a MAIN DISH RECIPE for it? :) I only found dessert recipes online mostly :( and I need to make food that are easy to chew because I just had an oral surgery the other week. Thank you!!! :):flowerforyou:

    In for some great recipes (hopefully).

    I havent actually used silken tofu before but I suppose you could make it into a pasta sauce? Add some herbs, garlic etc Cook the pasta really soft.
